Led by someone
inside the industry.

The Cask Room is led by Kate Clarkin, a whisky professional with over 15 years of experience across retail, sourcing, subscription, and private label — giving her a uniquely informed perspective on whisky that most hosts simply cannot offer.

Her background spans the full spectrum of the industry: four years on the retail floor, national subscription operations on both sides of the Atlantic, and commercial work at the independent bottling level.

Pricing reflects group size, format, and level of curation. All sessions are hosted at your venue. Whisky is sourced and purchased separately by the host organization — The Cask Room provides a curated shopping guide as part of every booking. Groups over 25 are accommodated at an additional per-head rate. Sessions can also be tailored to a specific theme, country, or whisky region of your choice for an additional fee — ideal for groups with a particular interest or those looking for a more bespoke experience.
